    为推动和支持中加两国科学家在卫生领域开展合作研究，促进中加两国大学、医院、及科研院所间的合作与交流，根据2010年我委与加拿大卫生研究院（CIHR）在双方科学合作谅解备忘录框架下签署的附件I《中加健康研究合作计划实施细则》，双方将于2012年共同征集资助该健康研究合作计划项目，具体说明和要求如下：

　　一、项目说明

　　（一）资助项目数：15项左右。

　　（二）项目执行期：3年（2013.1.1～2015.12.31）。

　　（三）资助强度：中方最高资助额度为100万人民币/项/3年；加方最高资助额度为22.5万加元/项/3年。

　　（四）资助领域及中方项目申请代码：

　　1) Neurosciences: to provide support for basic research in neuroscience, mental health, addiction and the senses.（申请代码：H09）

　　2) Diabetes and Obesity: to provide support for research on the measures, causes, prevention, treatment and consequences of diabetes and obesity.（申请代码：H07）

　　3) Cardiovascular System: to provide support for basic and translational research on the pathogenesis, treatment and ultimate of cardiovascular diseases, including myocardial infarction, stroke, cardiomyopathy and atherosclerosis.（申请代码：H02）

　　4) Cancer: to provide support for basic research on cancer genetics and epigenetics and tumor metastasis.（申请代码：H16）

　　5) Infection and Immunity: to provide support for basic research on viral and bacterial diseases and development of vaccines.（申请代码：H10）

　　6) Child and Youth Health: to provide support for research on fertility, pregnancy, maternal health, healthy child development and the etiology, prevention, and treatment of diseases in infants, children, and youth.（申请代码：H04）

　　7) Aging, Gerontology and Geriatrics: to encourage research on aging processes, on functional limitations in older adults as a consequence of disease, and on determinants of healthy aging within the context of one or more of the following priority areas: healthy and successful aging, biological mechanisms of aging, cognitive impairment in aging, aging and maintenance of functional autonomy, and health services relating to older people.（申请代码：H25）

　　8) Gender and Health: to provide support for research on biological considerations in reproductive health.（申请代码：H04）

　　9) Musculoskeletal Health and Arthritis: to provide support on one or more of the three strategic priorities such as: physical activity, mobility and health; tissue injury, repair and replacement; pain, disability and chronic disease. （申请代码：H06）

　　10) Genetics: to provide support for research on the human and other genomes and on all aspects of genetic, basic biochemistry and cell biology related to health and disease.（为便于项目管理，所有遗传学领域的项目申请选择申请代码：H16）

　　11) Population and Public Health: To provide support for population and public health research that aims to compare how policies shift the distribution of health and illness in different contexts.（申请代码：H26）

　　12) Respiratory health: to support basic and translational research in respiratory disease including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute lung injury, with particular emphasis on better understanding the pathogenesis and facilitating the early detection of airway disease or lung injury.（申请代码：H01）

　　申请人必须选择以上列明的申请代码填写申请书（例如，神经科学领域只填写“H09”即可，无需考虑具体的研究方向代码），对于未按要求填写以上指定申请代码的申请书，将不予受理。

　　二、申请要求

　　（一）中方申请人应具有高级专业技术职务（职称）；应是正在承担或承担过3年期（含）以上国家自然科学基金项目的负责人；申请人应能够成功实施合作研究。
